What's New in the New Year...!

I've been in hibernation. My love of winter doesn't stretch much beyond Christmas and the winter elements this year have been particularly harsh. I slipped on the ice recently and bruised my forearm quite badly.  It is much better, but it  as instilled a fear of the driveway, walkway and steps.

I've also been hard at work on Halloween and putting the finishing touches on my new book BACKYARD STYLE.  next on my to-do list: I need to re-energize the blog with all new inspiration shots of the spring and summer season and fill you all in on some new ventures for this year.

BACKYARD STYLE has lots of colorful stories that are perfect for this time of year. We only photographed outside and had the most spectacular locations including places on Cape Cod, as well as collaborations with garden aficionado Tovah Martin and famed designer Bunny Williams. I can't tell you how excited I am to share this! We will fill in the gaps with ideas for Valentine's Day and Easter and any other spring inspirations I can conjure up to brighten your day.

Stay tuned!

I met Tovah at last years Pacific Northwest Flower and Garden Show; she was delightful!

Thank you for your constant inspiration!
