An Illuminating Giveaway...

I hand-picked this forged wrought-iron lantern (from our Card Tricks story) with its old motif from a local antiques shop.  I liked not only the owl design on the hinged door, but also the wonderful claw feet.  It is perfect for displaying cards, filling with small jack-be-little pumpkins. or using for illumination with a battery operated candle. Any way you use it, please know that it is a very special collectible to me, and one that I am now happy to pass on to one of our lucky readers.
To enter our lantern giveaway, simply tell your readers about our blog and our publications via a blog post, Facebook post, or Tweet (with a link to our website, Holiday with Matthew Mead.com). Be sure to leave us a comment telling us how you shared.

Good luck!

I stumbled on your book when picking up craft ideas yesterday and when I flipped through it, realized I have found my "new" Halloween creative inspiration and just had to buy your book! I missed both of my sons' class Halloween parties for the previous past two years because of extended illness - really extended! and now I have volunteered to head up their school parties. My eyes watered when I saw the do-able crafts and edible goodies! I have posted www.holidaywithmatthewmead.com on my FB page where I have mentioned how excited I am to have found your resources to making Halloween style so much fun and attainable. Oh, and I LOVE the lantern!
