Easter at the Meads...

Top, left to right: Jenny found vintage hand-painted glasses for our traditional citrus punch. Oscar waits intently to welcome our dinner guests. Jenny made me an Easter basket with some summer essentials for the upcoming warm weather.
Middle, left to right: I bought flats of pansies to create these mini centerpieces to dot the table.  Oscar got some special treats in a party box with Jenny's hand-made embellishments.  I found this single chick at a local vintage store.
Bottom, left to right: Oscar looks like he's nesting with some Easter eggs.  A special cake with fresh berry filling and cream-cheese icing.  Oscar's Easter basket, which he gave to my parents as a thank you for the many overnights he has had during our time away shooting SUMMER with Matthew Mead.
It was a wonderful, restful Easter!!

Summer with Matthew Mead is sold only via this website.
Have you ordered your copy yet?

  1. Easter at the Meads looks like an Easter I would like attend. But, be warned. I might have to steal that darling little dog. It is a Yorkie or a Yorkie mix??? Sooo adorable. Hope you had a restful day after all the craziness you've been going through getting your next issue out! Can't wait. :)

  2. Looks like the perfect Easter to me! And your Oscar is adorable but what I really want is that sweet chick. Thanks for the smiles today. xoxo

  3. I want to see more of those glasses! They are beautiful.

  4. i agree with koralee, the chick is adorable! where, oh where, are his brothers and sisters? too cute!
