I am a follower and my most treasured piece of jewelry are a pair of pearl earrings that my grandmother gave me a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteOf course I am a follower :) My most treasured piece (besides my wedding ring), a necklace given to me by a friend that is a a 400 bc Greek coin with Alexander the Great and an Athena Owl. I can wear it, and touch it, and wonder who and how many touched it before me. It's very cool.
ReplyDeleteI have to say I am traditional in this one aspect of life. My favorite piece of jewelry is my engagement ring. It's a beautiful past, present, and future ring in a white gold setting. Since I'm a nurse, my husband picked a design that is smooth and does not catch on anything (like gloves).
ReplyDeleteMy favorite piece of jewelry is the necklace my husband bought me when we were in San Jose a few years ago, for a surgery I had to have for a disease I didn't want and was told might take my ability to have a baby away from me. The necklace has various charms, including the Jewish hand of protection, and although I'm not Jewish, I took comfort. It's beautiful and it was given to me by teh love of my life...and now I am 24 weeks pregnant with a baby.
ReplyDeleteI am a follower and my favorite piece of jewelry is a Young Women's medallion I received after being baptized into the LDS church. The medallion shows the Salt Lake Temple on the front with the words, "We are daughter's of our Heavenly Father" circling around it. It reminds me of who I am and what I stand for.
ReplyDeleteMy very favorite piece is a simple princess cut diamond necklace Hubby surprised me with one year for Christmas. Love the idea of it more so than the necklace itself because my hubby is not frivolous like that. He caught me so unaware that our kids told us when I opened it we were like a Kay jewelry commercial all mushy and emotional.
ReplyDeleteLove Beki and her beautiful creations and it would be an honor to own one
i am a follower too
ReplyDeletepretty....
ReplyDeleteMy most treasured piece of jewelry is my wedding ring. Never comes off and never to be replaced. Love it! I absolutely LOVE that necklace though!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to go with my wedding ring, especially since the diamond is the one my husband's father (who passed away when he was very young) gave his mom when they were engaged. It's very special to me!
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower too.
It would have to be a solitaire european cut diamond ring that has been past down for 4 generations to each daughter when she turned 16. When I turned 16 it was passed down from my Mother. I will pass it down to my grandaughter in 16 years since I didn't have any girls. She will be born in the next 2 weeks.
ReplyDeletemy grandmother's sapphire necklace.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite piece is my grandmothers wedding ring. Jewelery that speaks to you is the most precious.

My grandmother's pearl earrings. When I wear them I feel like I'm channeling her grace and class.
ReplyDeleteI have had several fave pieces over the years but currently is a Jerusalem cross I wear that was brought back to me by a friend when he actually traveled to Jerusalem. I get comments about it all the time from strangers which is nice so that I can then tell them what it is.
ReplyDeleteI am a follower and my most treasured piece of jewelry is a ring my father had made for me with a small diamond from a piece of jewelry that belonged to his father.
ReplyDeleteI love Beki's jewelry! My favorite piece of jewelry is my wedding ring. It is perfect and reminds me of my wonderful hubster and the memories we continue to make.
ReplyDeleteJust became a Facebook fan/follower! My favorite piece of jewelry is a ring that my uncle brought back from Cambodia. He gave it to my father, who gave it to me. It's gold and has a purple stone. The design looks like a snake. :)
ReplyDeleteAm signing up now! I love her stuff. Get lots of compliments on the necklace she made. My favorite piece of jewelry are a pair of earrings my son gave me. They are dragonflies and they represent change!
ReplyDeleteMy aunt at one point in her life sold Avon and back when I was born they had a baby ring necklace. My mom purchased this necklace for me and gave it to me once I was old enough to appreciate it. My aunt has been gone for 12 years now but I will forever cherish that necklace.
ReplyDeleteMy FAVORITE piece is the Angels Sang charm!!! I adore it and will get it one way or another! Thanks! :)

My most cherished piece, the piece I would snatch up if there were a fire, would be the ring box with my Grandma's wedding ring. It also has the 3 bands she wore through, as a hard working nurse and farm wife. So, it was reset into a new band, and she kept the previous ones under the velvet of the fancy little gold box.
ReplyDeleteMy wedding ring. Custom designed by my hubby and with small heirloom diamonds from his grandmother. Simple, elegant, love it.
ReplyDeleteRetweeting from Beki!
My most cherished piece of jewelry is my wedding ring. <3
ReplyDeleteI have a few very treasured pieces of jewelry. My wedding/engagement ring, of course. My pearl necklace that was my grandma's and I wore for my wedding. And a diamond heart necklace that my husband bought when I was pregnant with our second son.
ReplyDeleteMy most cherished piece of jewelry is a very extravagant necklace my husband gave me. I was going to exchange it because it was just too too much. Then he died two days later and I'm so thankful he refused to let me take it back. It's never been or going to be off my neck.
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower too. Sent from Nie long ago.
ReplyDeleteMy name is Anna Sams and my most treasured piece of jewelry is a ring that I got in brazil that is handmade and I bought it on a bus during a trip to Porto Galinhas... beautiful and memorable piece! http://moonriver74.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteMy most treasured piece of jewelry is a necklace my husband gave me when our twin daughters were born. He said he picked one with three diamonds because he wanted one to represent each of his girls.
ReplyDeleteMy wedding ring....but I love all my jewelry. I would love to win a necklace. They are so sweet.
ReplyDeleteMy fave is my swirly celtic necklace I got from Scotland. I used to wear it everywhere, but then it broke :( Also, I'm a follower and tweeted about this! (@amyjrules).
ReplyDeleteMy most treasured piece of jewelry is my mother's wedding and engagement ring. She gave them to me the year before she passed away, and they do not leave my finger! I am a follower and will be blogging, tweeting and posting to FB.

my wedding ring and the 5 stone anniversary band my hubby gave me for our 5th. they never come off (even when I need them to...)
ReplyDeleteMy most treasured piece of jewelry is a cross necklace from my Nana. She recently passed away, but before she did she gave it to me to wear in my wedding. She wore it in her wedding as well.
ReplyDeletemy wedding rings are definitely my most treasured piece of jewelry. i don't really wear much jewelry, but those rings are never taken off. they represent so much love and the unwavering devotion that my husband has for me and our little family. i am reminded every time i look at that ring just how very blessed i am. i am reminded of the vows we spoke to one another 7 years ago, and how i see him live out those promises every day. i have had a chronic illness since i was 18 and in the last 4 years, it has just been out of control; keeping me in the hospital more than i am home, and keeping my aching to be home with my husband and our boys. i am actually writing this from my hospital bed, where i have been for 11 weeks now. i'm so thankful to have this ring to look down at anytime and remember what a great man i have who loves and takes care of me.

ReplyDeleteMy gav piece of jewelry has to be my engagement ring-picked outband given by my awesome husband!!
ReplyDeleteI have a ring that belonged to my grandmother, who I never met, but I love that ring! It's 16karat gold, and is very unusual, and has five red stones (like rubies). I had it restored when I got married, so it looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI'm Facebooking about this right now!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite piece of jewelry is my wedding ring. I had the band custom made with the diamonds from my mother's wedding ring. Now that she has passed the ring is even more special to me. I am putting your giveaway on Facebook. I love your necklaces with the kid's names on them.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite piece of jewelry is a necklace/rosary of my grandmother's.
ReplyDeleteShe made it to 100 years old and was active and smart as a whip right until the end. She is a true role model and someone who's love will always be in my heart.
When my Grandmother's arthritis got so bad she couldn't turn the knob on her watch, she gave the small Bulova to me. She purchased the watch May 8, 1945 in celebration of the end of World War II. My Grandmother passed away years ago, but I will always keep and treasure her watch.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite piece of jewelry is a necklace that belonged to my mother-in-law. It has her intial (and mine) and the diamond that came out of her engagement ring.
